Purpose
Division Group exists to offer a different standard for how organizational transformation is designed and led. Most change is declared, not designed. Division Group's purpose is to demonstrate, through the quality of each engagement, that the alternative is both possible and better.
Mission
To deliver interim executive leadership to organizations undergoing high-stakes change — designing program structures, governing execution, and integrating leadership with design thinking so that strategic intent translates into operational reality. Division Group works with CEOs and senior leadership teams at post-merger integrations, structural redesigns, and other transitions where existing capacity is not enough.
Vision
A future in which design-led transformation becomes the standard by which change programs are evaluated. Where program architecture is recognized as an executive responsibility, and the gap between strategic intent and organizational capability is understood as a design problem, not a management failure. Division Group's work, and its published arguments, are directed toward that shift.
Values
Division Group operates according to four cultural orientations — results, order, learning, and enjoyment.
- Results. The measure of every engagement is what gets built and delivered. Division Group takes full ownership of outcomes — not process compliance, but the results the client engaged us to produce.
- Order. Execution depends on structure. Division Group designs the governance, sequencing, and coordination conditions that allow capable people to do their best work — and holds that structure through the pressures of live transformation.
- Learning. The approach is never fixed. Division Group draws on design thinking, organizational research, and practitioner experience to develop solutions suited to each engagement — not applied from a standard playbook.
- Enjoyment. Division Group is drawn to work that matters. The passion for complex, consequential assignments is not incidental to the quality of the work — it is the source of it.
